Our 20-yard dumpster is one of our most popular sizes, perfect for medium-sized projects. It holds roughly 10 pickup truck loads and includes 4,000 lbs. The current 20-yard dumpster rental pricing is based on 3 or 7 day rental durations. That price can vary based on location. Extra weight is charged at $75 per ton above the included tonnage allowances. Our dumpsters come with generous weight allowances: 15-yard (2,000 lbs), 20-yard (4,000 lbs), 25-yard (4000lbs) and 30-yard (6,000 lbs).

Yes! All of our roll-off dumpsters are equipped with a convenient walk-in door on the back that swings open for easy loading. This feature makes it much easier to walk heavy items directly into the dumpster instead of having to lift them over the sides. The swing door is especially helpful for loading construction debris, furniture, appliances, and other bulky items that would be difficult to throw over the top.

A roll-off dumpster is a large, rectangular waste container designed to be transported by special roll-off trucks. These dumpsters "roll off" the back of our delivery trucks using a hydraulic system, making placement easy and convenient. Big Blue Dumpster Co. L.L.C. specializes in roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction projects throughout central Kentucky.

No! In order to comply with DOT regulations, and to ensure the safety of the operator and other drivers on the road, all dumpsters must be loaded within the maximum load markers on the tops of the dumpster/roll-off. If the dumpster is loaded outside of the top rim we cannot transport it.

The customer will be responsible for unloading any dumpster that is loaded exceeding the maximum height limit. Please be aware if the dumpster needs to be unloaded by the pickup driver, there will be a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis.

However, concrete, brick, rock, dirt, hazardous materials, and liquids are prohibited unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Yes, yard waste such as branches, leaves, grass clippings, and other organic debris can typically be disposed of in our dumpsters. However, it's always best to confirm with us when booking to ensure proper disposal and any local regulations are followed.

Roofing shingles average 400 lbs per layer per square. Due to safety and DOT weight restrictions, we will provide the correct equipment for the size job you need (may require multiple swap-outs to stay within weight restrictions).

We ask how many square prior to ordering so we can give you an estimated cost and size dumpster correct for the job. If there is a difference in actual price, you will be credited or charged for that balance!
